How to Not Worry about the Future?


First of all, please don’t feel bad for worrying about the future. This is natural. Worrying, tension, confusion and dilemma are part of being a human; the same way we have confidence, strength and hope. However, excessive thinking about the future can affect your well-being. Here are some practical tips to deal with that: 
-Practice mindfulness meditation every day. 
-Change your sleep pattern. Sleep early and wake up early. 
-Do some exercise.
-Concentrate on your study.
-If you find time, do some extracurricular activities.
-Pursue your hobby: dancing, singing, swimming.
-Read good books.  
Finally, occupy yourself with everything that gives you more confidence, inner strength and positivity.
